Abstract:Objective To analyze the potential profile and influencing factors of fertility stress in infertile patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions(IUA).Methods A total of 163 moderate to severe IUA infertility patients treated at the 988th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force from April 2022 to November 2024 were selected as subjects of investigation.General information questionnaire, fertility problem inventory(FPI),personalized psychological flexibility index(PPFI),medical outcomes study social support survey-Chinese version(MOS-SSS-CM),and family APGAR index(APGAR)were used to collect general information and data related to fertility stress. The five dimensions of reproductive stress were used as explicit variables for latent profile analysis.Identify potential categories of reproductive stress in infertile patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of potential categories. Results A total of 161 valid questionnaires were collected, with a valid rate of 98.77%.The average score of FPI in 161 moderate to severe IUA infertility patients was(165.68±18.47)scores,and the average score of items was(3.91±0.83)scores.The latent class model analysis showed that the fertility pressure of 161 moderate to severe IUA infertility patients could be divided into three latent classes, low fertility pressure, medium fertility pressure, and high fertility pressure, accounting for 22.36%,51.55%,and 26.09%of the total sample, respectively. There were significant differences in family monthly income,PPFI score,age,MOS-SSS-CM score, duration of infertility,APGAR score, and relationship between husband and wife among the three potential categories of patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that compared with patients with low fertility pressure, patients with advanced age,low monthly household income, and low MOS-SSS-CM scores were more likely to develop into patients with moderate fertility pressure.Patients with long infertility duration, poor marital relationship, low PPFI score, and low APGAR score were more likely to develop into patients with high fertility pressure(P<0.05).Conclusion The fertility pressure of moderate and severe IUA infertility patients can be divided into three potential categories, low fertility pressure, medium fertility pressure, and high fertility pressure.Among them, medium fertility pressure accounts for the highest proportion, while low fertility pressure accounts for the lowest proportion.Family monthly income,PPFI score,age,MOS-SSS-CM score, duration of infertility,APGAR score and couple relationship are important factors that affect their fertility pressure.
