Predictive Value of Maternal Serum AFP,Cripto-1 Combined with Color Doppler Ultrasound in Placental Implantation Spectrum Diseases

Abstract：Objective To analyze the predictive value of maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),Cripto-1 combined with color Doppler ultrasound for placental implantation spectrum diseases(PAS).Methods One hundred and ten pregnant women with PAS high-risk factors who underwent prenatal examination and delivery in Zhengzhou Central Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and their serum AFP and Cripto-1 levels were measured and color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed.The patients were followed up until delivery,and the occurrence of PAS was counted.Thirty-four pregnant women with PAS were included in the PAS group,and the remaining 76 pregnant women were included in the non-PAS group.The serum AFP,Cripto-1 levels and color Doppler ultrasound scores of the two groups were compared.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves was drawn to evaluate the predictive efficacy of serum AFP,Cripto-1 combined with color Doppler ultrasound score for PAS.Results Compared with the non-PAS group,the serum AFP,Cripto-1 levels and color Doppler ultrasound scores of the PAS group were increased(P＜0.05).The ROC curve showed that the areas under the curve(AUC)for predicting PAS by serum AFP,Cripto-1,and color Doppler ultrasound scores were 0.744,0.783,and 0.787,respectively.The combined prediction of PAS by all three indicators had an AUC of 0.902,which was higher than that of each individual predictor.Conclusion Maternal serum AFP,Cripto-1 and color Doppler ultrasound have certain predictive value for PAS,and their combination can improve the predictive efficacy.
