Construction of a Specialized Training System for Cardiovascular Surgical Unit Nurses Based on the Delphi Method

Abstract：Objective To construct a specialized training system for cardiovascular surgical unit nurses based on the Delphi method,providing reference and guidance for their professional training and skill enhancement.Methods Based on literature research and qualitative interviews,a preliminary draft of the training system was formulated through group discussions.The Delphi method was then employed to consult 15 experts,and the initial draft was modified and refined according to their opinions.Results The positive coefficient for both rounds of expert consultation was 100％,with authority coefficients of 0.864 and 0.889,respectively.In the first round,the average importance scores for each item ranged from 3.73 to 4.93,with variability coefficients of 0.05 to 0.30 and Kendall's W coefficient of 0.218.In the second round,the average importance scores for each item ranged from 3.80 to 5.00,with variability coefficients of 0 to 0.17 and Kendall's W coordination coefficient of 0.516.Finally,a specialized training system for cardiovascular surgical unit nurses was established,consisting of 4 primary items,12 secondary items,and 38 tertiary items.Conclusion The training system constructed in this study using the Delphi method demonstrates high scientific,rational,and reliable qualities,providing guidance for the training of specialized nurses in cardiovascular surgical units.
