Value of TAP,TAM and TK1 in the Diagnosis of Gastric Cancer and Their Correlation with Pathological Features

Abstract：Objective To analyze the combined detection of tumor abnormal protein(TAP),serum tumor associated substance(TAM),and thymidine kinase 1(TK1)levels for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and their relationship with pathological features.Methods A total of 90 patients with gastric cancer and healthy individuals were selected as the research subjects.There were 40 patients diagnosed with gastric cancer were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy individuals during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of TAP,TAM,and TK1 were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between TAP,TAM,and TK1 levels and pathological characteristics was analyzed.The diagnostic efficacy of gastric cancer was also analyzed.Results The average levels of TAP,TAM,and TK1 in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The larger the tumor diameter,the higher the levels of TAP,TAM,and TK1 in gastric cancer patients with lymph node metastasis(P＜0.05).The higher the clinical stage of gastric cancer,the higher the TK1 level,but there was no statistically significant difference in TAP and TAM between different clinical stages(P＞0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TAP,TAM,and TK1 between patients with upper gastric cancer and those with lower gastric cancer(P＞0.05).Based on receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis,the area under the curve(AUC)of the combined detection of TAP,TAM,and TK1 for diagnosing gastric cancer was 0.811,which was higher than its individual detection efficiency.The sensitivity and specificity are both 80.0％.Conclusion The combined detection of TAP,TAM,and TK1 levels has the best efficacy and is closely related to relevant pathological signs.
