Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between lipid and blood protein indexes and clinical subtypes of moyamoya disease(MMD)in adults. Methods The clinical data of 243 patients with MMD treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to April 2023 were analyzed. All patients were divided into ischemic group(180 cases)and hemorrhagic group(63 cases).Lipid and blood protein indexes were detected, including total protein, albumin, globulin, prealbumin, total cholesterol, triglyceride, apolipoprotein A1,apolipoprotein B,high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, lipoprotein a.Independent sample t test was used to analyze the lipid and blood protein indexes of the two groups. Results There were no statistical differences in gender and age between the two groups(P>0.05).There were statistical differences in prealbumin, total cholesterol, apolipoprotein B and low density lipoprotein between the ischemia group and the hemorrhage group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in other indicators(P>0.05).Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drew, and the results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of single indicator in the diagnosis of low-density lipoprotein was the largest, and the AUC of multiple indicators in the diagnosis of prealbumin, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein was the largest. Conclusion There are significant differences in prealbumin, total cholesterol, apolipoprotein B and low density lipoprotein between ischemic and hemorrhagic MMD,which can provide research directions for studying the pathogenesis and treatment of different types of MMD.
