Prognostic Value of GRIm Score and Controlled Nutritional Status Score Combined with Serum Tumor Markers in Patients with Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Abstract：Objective To analyze the prognostic value of Gustave Roussy immune(GRIm)score and controlled nutritional status(CONUT)score combined with serum tumor markers in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods The medical records of 106 patients with NSCLC admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College from February 2022 to February 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.Follow up for one year after surgery,according to the prognosis of NSCLC patients,the patients were divided into death group(19 cases)and survival group(87 cases).GRIm score,CONUT score,serum tumor markers and clinical data of death group and survival group were compared.The influencing factors of death in NSCLC patients were analyzed.The predictive value of GRIm score,CONUT score and serum tumor markers on death of NSCLC patients were analyzed.Results GRIm score ≥ 2 points,CONUT score ≥ 3 points,serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and neuron-specific enolase(NSE)levels in the death group were higher than those in the survival group(P＜0.05).The proportion of stage Ⅲ cases in the death group was higher than that in the survival group(P＜0.05).GRIm score ≥2 points,CONUT score ≥3 points,serum CA199 and serum NSE were independent risk factors for death in patients with NSCLC(P＜0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)values of GRIm score,CONUT score,serum CA199,serum NSE and the four combined predicted the death of NSCLC patients were 0.719,0.763,0.853,0.819 and 0.919,respectively(P＜0.05),and the AUC values of the four combined were higher(P＜0.05).Conclusion GRIm score,CONUT score,serum CA199 and serum NSE have important value in predicting the prognosis of patients with NSCLC,and the combined value of the four is higher.
