Abstract:Objective To explore the preventive effect of Omega-3 fatty acids combined with temperature rise instrument on deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture. Methods A total of 120 patients with lower extremity fracture treated in Huaxian New District Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected, and patients were numbered according to the order of admission, with single numbers in the control group and double numbers in the study group. The control group(60 cases)received thermograph therapy, and the study group(60 cases)received Omega-3 fatty acid combined thermograph therapy. The occurrence of deep vein thrombosis, coagulation function index, vascular endothelial function, venous flow velocity and lower extremity circumference were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the study group was lower(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment, the index of coagulation function was lower(P<0.05),study group was lower(P<0.05).The levels of endothelin-1 and thromboxane B2 were decreased in both groups(P<0.05),study group was lower(P<0.05).The venous blood flow velocity in both groups increased, and it was higher in the study group(P<0.05).Lower extremity circumference decreased in both groups(P<0.05),study group was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Omega-3 fatty acids combined with temperature rise can reduce the incidence of deep vein thrombosis after lower limb fracture, improve coagulation function and vascular endothelial function, and increase venous blood flow velocity.
