Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between psychological resilience, social support level and fear of disease progression in patients with coronary chronic total occlusion(CTO)after interventional therapy. Methods A total of 85 patients with CTO undergoing interventional therapy in the Seventh People's Hospital of Zhengzhou were enrolled from June 2023 to June 2024.The psychological resilience, social support and fear of disease progression were evaluated by general data questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),social support rating scale(SSRS)and fear of progression questionnaire-short form(FoP-Q-SF).The relationship of the above three factors was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis, and the influencing factors of fear of disease progression were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Results In the 85 patients with CTO,total scores of CD-RISC,SSRS and FoP-Q-SF were(20.94±2.86)points,(34.85±4.93)points and(31.60±4.84)points,all in middle levels.Pearson correlation analysis showed that scores of CD-RISC and SSRS were negatively correlated with FoP-Q-SF score(r=-0.508,-0.649,P<0.001).The total scores of FoP-Q-SF in patients with education level of high school or above, medical insurance payment, monthly family income>5 000 yuan,no intraoperative complications and implanted stents ≤ 3 were(30.38±5.06)points,(30.67±4.26)points,(30.87±4.63)points,(30.86±5.03)points and(29.57±5.13)points,were lower than those with education level of high school or below,self-paying,monthly family income ≤5 000 yuan, intraoperative complications and implanted stents>3[(32.74±4.53)points,(32.82±5.19)points,(33.26±4.37)points,(32.94±3.97)points,(31.34±4.19)points](P<0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that number of implanted stents>3 and intraoperative complications were independent risk factors of FoP-Q-SF score, while high scores of CD-RISC and SSRS were independent protective factors(P<0.05).Conclusion The fear of disease progression is common in patients with CTO after interventional therapy, and which is negatively correlated with psychological resilience and social support. The fear of disease progression has many influencing factors.Clinically, close attentions should be paid to patients with number of implanted stents>3,intraoperative complications, low levels of psychological resilience and social support.
