Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of dual plasma molecular adsorption system in patients with sepsis induced liver failure. Methods A total of 120 patients with sepsis induced liver failure were selected and divided into observation group(65 cases)and control group(55 cases)according to the treatment plan. Both groups were given continuous veno-venous hemofiltration, and the observation group was treated with a dual plasma molecular adsorption system. The differences in liver and kidney function, coagulation function, sequential organ failure(SOFA)score, acute physiology and chronic health status score(APACHE Ⅱ),inflammatory factors between the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results After 72 hours of treatment, the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),and serum creatinine(Scr)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment, the platelet count(PLT)of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while the prothrombin activity(PTA)and platelet aggregation function(PAG)were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment, the SOFA score and APACHE Ⅱ score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin(IL-6),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and soluble leukocyte differentiation antigen 14 subtype(sCD14-ST)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual plasma molecular adsorption system has good application value in the treatment of sepsis induced liver failure patients, which can improve their coagulation function, liver and kidney function, and inflammation levels.
