Abstract:Objective To investigate the current status of self depletion in patients with coronary heart disease, and to explore the relationship between potential categories of self depletion and patient self-management intentions. Methods A total of 256 patients with coronary heart disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical College were selected by convenience sampling method, and a general information questionnaire,self-regulated fatigue scale, and coronary heart disease patient self-management intention questionnaire were used for investigation.Potential profiles was used to analyze the potential categories of self loss in coronary heart disease patients, and logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of self loss intention. Results The total score of self-regulatory fatigue scale in patients with coronary heart disease was(46.39±8.03)points,and the total score of self-management intention was(77.47±8.24)points.The potential categories of self-regulatory fatigue scale in coronary heart disease patients can be divided into three groups, low loss group(74 cases),moderate loss group(118 cases)and high loss group(64 cases).Cultural level and cardiac function were influencing factors for the potential category of self depletion in patients with coronary heart disease(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the total score of self-management intention and scores in various dimensions among three potential categories of coronary heart disease patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease have significant and heterogeneous self-regulatory,which can be divided into three categories. The potential categories of self-regulatory are closely related to cultural level, heart function, and total score of self-management intention. This suggests that medical staff should pay attention to relevant factors and take early intervention measures to reduce the degree of self-regulatory and improve the overall quality of life of patients.
