Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors and intervention measures of post-traumatic growth(PTG)level in patients with endometrial cancer(EMC)after surgery. Methods A total of 180 patients with EMC from March 2022 to March 2024 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected. The general information questionnaire and the post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI)were used to evaluate the post-operative PTG level of patients.Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of post-operative PTG level. Results The total score of the PTGI scale was(36.22±5.17)scores.There were significant differences in the PTGI scores of EMC patients with different educational levels,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stages, medical payment status, and perceived social support scale(PSSS)scores(P<0.05).According to multiple linear regression analysis, education levels,FIGO stage, medical expense payment status, and PSSS score were independent factors affecting the PTGI score of EMC patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The postoperative PTG level in patients with EMC is low,and education levels,FIGO stage, medical expense payment, and PSSS score are independent factors affecting the PTG level in patients with EMC.Interventions can be targeted for clinical intervention.
