Abstract:Objective To explore the mediating effect of health literacy on frailty and exercise rehabilitation nursing compliance in patients with acute ischemic stroke(AIS)after neurointerventional therapy, and to provide reference for improving postoperative exercise rehabilitation nursing compliance. Methods A total of 166 patients with AIS who were hospitalized and underwent neurointerventional therapy from June 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects, and investigated by general data questionnaire, stroke patient health literacy scale,Tilburg fthenia scale and questionnaire of exercise adherence. Results The scores for fthenia, health literacy and exercise rehabilitation nursing compliance in patients after AIS neurointerventional therapy were(7.65±2.66)points,(65.95±10.62)points and(39.51±10.08)points,respectively.The total score of frailty was negatively correlated with the total score of health literacy and compliance of exercise rehabilitation nursing(r1=-0.442,r2=-0.521,P<0.05),the total score of health literacy was positively correlated with the total score of compliance with exercise rehabilitation nursing(r3=0.664,P<0.05).Health literacy played a partial mediating role in frailty and compliance with exercise rehabilitation, and the mediating effect accounted for 45.75%of the total effect. Conclusion Fthenia can not only directly affect the exercise rehabilitation nursing compliance of AIS patients after neurointerventional therapy, but also indirectly affect the exercise rehabilitation nursing compliance through affecting health literacy.Medical staff should pay attention to the debilitation level of postoperative patients, early detection and take targeted intervention measures to alleviate the debilitation level of patients, improve the level of health literacy,so as to promote the continuous improvement of compliance with exercise rehabilitation nursing.
