Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of intravenous anesthesia with ciprofol combined with alfentanil treated in painless oocyte retrieval surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent painless oocyte retrieval surgery at Zhoukou Central Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected for the study. The patients were assigned to control group and compound group according to the random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with ciprofol, while the compound group had alfentanil anaesthesia compounded on top of this. The anesthesia conditions, incidence of adverse events, and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups of patients were compared,as well as the hemodynamic parameters[heart rate, mean arterial pressure(MAP)],before anesthesia(T0),immediately after surgical operation(T,),immediately after the end of operation(T2),and immediately after recovery(T3)and the visual analog scores(VAS)at rest and during forced coughing at 30 minutes and 60 minutes after recovery. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the time of oocyte retrieval between the compound group and the control group(P>0.05).The recovery time, anesthesia duration, and time to leave the operating room in the compound group were shorter than those in the control group, and the total and additional doses of propofol used in the compound group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).MAP and heart rate at T,,T2,and T3 time points were lower in the compound group than in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the VAS score for coughing status between the compound group and the control group at 30 minutes after recovery(P>0.05),but the VAS score for coughing status in the compound group was lower than that in the control group at 60 minutes after recovery(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rates of nausea and vomiting, injection pain, and dizziness between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rates of hypotension and hypoxemia in the compound group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in clinical pregnancy rate, fertilized egg formation rate, and high-quality embryo rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of intravenous anesthesia with ciprofol combined with alfentanil to diagnose and treat in painless oocyte retrieval surgery has good effects, which can stabilize the patient's hemodynamics during the operation, reduce the incidence of some adverse reactions, improve the patient's anesthesia effect, and does not affect the pregnancy outcome.
