Abstract:Objective To analyze the trajectory of family resilience of middle-aged patients after acute aortic dissection and its influencing factors, and to provide guidance for clinical measures in time. Methods A total of 236 middle-aged patients after aortic dissection admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.Family resilience assessment scale(FRAS)was used to assess the trajectory of family resilience of middle-aged patients after acute aortic dissection at 1 week,1,3 and 6 months after surgery(T0,T1,T2 and T3),and latent variable growth model(LCGM)was used to identify the trajectory categories.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of family resilience. Results LCGM analysis showed that the trace types of family resilience were high family resilience decreased, low family resilience increased and middle family resilience stable, accounting for 21.68%,23.89%and 54.42%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences in education background, monthly family income, mental resilience of caregivers, degree of family care, caregiver care burden and social participation among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that education background, monthly family income, mental resilience of caregivers, family caring degree and social participation were protective factors for family resilience trajectory of patients after acute aortic dissection, and caregiver care burden was the risk factor(P<0.05).Conclusion The family resilience of middle-aged patients with acute aortic dissection showed different change paths from 1 week to 6 months after surgery, and education background, monthly family income, caregiver's mental resilience and care burden, family caring degree, and social participation were the influencing factors. This could be the basis for applying family resilience to the management of middle-aged patients with acute aortic dissection,by tapping into the power of family, promoting successful adaptation of families to disease challenges, and laying the foundation for improving their prognosis.
