Abstract:Objective To construct an exercise rehabilitation program based on the motivation volition(MoVo)theory model and analyze its effect on patients with lower limbs arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO)after intervention surgery. Methods LEASO patients who were treated with interventional therapy at the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 2021 to June 2023 were included, with 74 cases in the control group and 78 cases in the observation group. The control group patients received routine care, while the observation group received exercise rehabilitation program constructed based on the MoVo model on top of the control group. The exercise compliance and restenosis rate inside the branch pipe of two groups' patients were analyzed, and the exercise ability, short physical performance battery(SPPB),self efficacy for exercise scale(SEES),and vascular quality of life questionnaire(VascuQoL)scores were compared between the two groups of patients before interpose,1 month,3 months, and 6 months after interpose. Results At 1,3 and 6 months after intervention, the observation group had higher six-minute walk distance(6MWD),number of standing tests,SPPB,SEES,VascuQoL scores than the control group(P<0.05),and with the prolongation of time, the observation group's 6MWD,number of standing tests,SPPB,SEES,and VascuQoL scores gradually increased(P<0.05).The exercise compliance of the observation group was 92.31%,which was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The CTA showed that the restenosis rate inside the branch pipe in the observation group was 5.13%,which was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise rehabilitation program based on the MoVo model can effectively improve the exercise compliance and ability of the postoperative patients with LEASO,reduce the restenosis rate inside the branch pipe, and improve the quality of life of patients.
