Abstract:Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative recurrence in patients with endometriosis, providing theoretical reference for clinical prevention of disease recurrence. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,200 patients with endometriosis who planned to undergo laparoscopic fertility preserving surgery at Xinyang Central Hospital were included as the study subjects. The preoperative serum IL-17 levels and related indicators were measured in all patients. After 1 year of postoperative follow-up,the patients were divided into a recurrent group and a non recurrent group based on whether the disease recurred during the follow-up period.Baseline data of the two groups of patients were compared, and multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to examine the relevant factors affecting postoperative recurrence in patients with endometriosis. Results Among the 200 patients who underwent laparoscopic fertility preservation surgery,40 had a recurrence rate of 20.00%(40/200).There was a statistical significant difference in ASRM staging, preoperative serum IL-17,carbohydrate antigen(CA125),and neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)between the recurrent and non recurrent groups(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that ASRM staging, preoperative serum IL-17,CA125,and NLR were related factors affecting postoperative recurrence in patients with endometriosis(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative serum IL-17,CA125,NLR,and ASRM staging are related factors that affect postoperative recurrence in patients with endometriosis.
