Abstract:Objective To explore the efficacy and stereotactic body radiation therapy(SBRT)combined with tislelizumab in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Eighty-six patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the objects of this study, and were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the combination group(43 cases)according to random number method. The control group was treated with tislelizumab, and the combination group was treated with SBRT combined with tislelizumab. The clinical efficacy, survival status, adverse reactions and Karnofsky functional status score(KPS)were compared between the two groups. Results The objective remission rate,1-year survival rate of the combined group was higher compared with control group(P<0.05).The PFS of the combined group was longer compared with control group(P<0.05).After 3 courses of treatment,KPS scores in combination group and control group were higher than before treatment, and the KPS scores in combined group was higher compared with control group(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions between the combined group and the control group was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion SBRT combined with tislelizumab has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which not only effectively improves the survival rate, but also improves the quality of life of patients, and has few adverse reactions.
