Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of combined use of Yinchenhao Decoction and mycophenolate mofetil on improving liver function in patients autoimmune hepatitis(AIH).Methods Ninety inpatients with AIH in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from September 2023 to September 2024 were randomly divided into control group(45 cases, treated with mycophenolate mofetil)and study group(45 cases, treated with Yinchenhao Decoction mycophenolate mofetil),and the liver function, immunoglobulin, inflammatory factors and efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleuk-6(IL-6),and interleukin-10(IL-10)in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.001).The levels of serum chemokine factor-8 (CXCL-8),chemokine factor-10 (CXCL-10),and chemine factor-2 (CXCL-2) were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBil),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),and glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The clinical efficacy of the study group(97.78%)was higher than that of the control group(82.22%)(P<0.05).Conclusion When treating with mycophenolate mofetil, the auxiliary application of Yinchenhao Decoction can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and chemokines in AIH patients, improve liver function, and enhance the efficacy.
