Effect of Aidi Injection Combined with ω-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids in the Treatment of Digestive Tract Tumors

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of Aidi injection combined with ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the treatment of digestive tract tumors.Methods From October 2020 to October 2022,94 patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to Luoyang Dongfang People's Hospital were randomly grouped according to the random number table method,including the control group(47 cases)and the study group(47 cases).Both groups of patients were treated with the mFOLFOX6 chemotherapy regimen.Patients in the control group were treated with Aidi injection on this basis,while patients in the study group were treated with ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids on the basis of the control group.Both groups received a treatment for 24 weeks.The nutrition-related indicators,immune function-related indicators and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of total serum protein(TP)and albumin(ALB)in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group.However,the levels of transferrin(TF)in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG),CD3+,and CD4+in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the physical function scores of the patients in the study group was higher than that before treatment,and the scores in the study group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aidi injection combined with ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in the treatment of patients with digestive tract tumors can improve the nutritional status,regulate the immune function of the body,and enhance the quality of life.
