Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Parents' Medical Experience of Children with Kawasaki Disease

Abstract：Objective To investigate the current status of healthcare experience among parents of children with Kawasaki disease in Henan and explore its influencing factors.Methods From January to November 2024,498 parents of children with Kawasa disease from a tertiary hospital were selected as study participants.The inpatient experience questionnaire was employed conduct the survey.Results The overall healthcare experience score of parents of children with Kawasaki disease was(105.68±13.49)scores.Among the various dimensions,technical quality and service attitude scored higher,while emotion support scored the lowest.The results of multiple linear regression analysis revealed that education level,duration of fever,ai presence of coronary artery lesions were the main influencing factors of the healthcare experience among parents of children wi Kawasaki disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion The overall healthcare experience of parents of children with Kawasaki disease is a moderate level.While continuously improving technical quality,attention should be paid to enhancing non-technical factors Targeted and meticulous medical and nursing services should be provided in consideration of different demographic characteristics and disease specificities.
