Abstract:Objective The expression of transcriptional activator 6,p53 and miR-647 in prostate cancer tissues was explored and their relationship with clinicopathological features was analyzed. Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,98 prostate cancer patients were recruited in hospital to detect the expression levels of transcriptional activator 6,p53 and miR-647 in their cancerous and adjacent tissues, and to explore the relationship with clinical case characteristics and prognostic death. Results The positive expression of transcriptional activator 6 and p53 was higher than that in adjacent tissues, and the miR-647 level was lower than that in adjacent tissues(P<0.05).Positive transcriptional activator 6 expression was related to Gleason score,T stage, lymph node metastasis, and prostate specific antigen level(P<0.05),not to age,and tumor size(P>0.05).Positive p53 protein expression was related to tumor size,T stage, prostate specific antigen level(P<0.05),not age,Gleason score, lymph node metastasis(P>0.05),miR-647 level and Gleason score,T stage, lymph node metastasis, prostate specific antigen level(P<0.05),not age and tumor size(P>0.05).Patients died had higher transcriptional activator 6 and p53 positive expression than the survival group, and lower miR-647 levels than the survival group(P<0.05).According to receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis, patients transcriptional activator 6,p53 and miR-647 had high predictive value for patient prognosis death, with area under the curve(AUC)value of 0.888,0.704,0.920,respectively,and the optimal cut-off of miR-647 was 0.685.Conclusion Transcriptional activator 6 and p53 showed high positive expression in prostate cancer tissues, while miR-647 showed low levels, high predictive value for diagnosis and prognostic death of prostate cancer, and were associated with several clinicopathological features.
