Influencing Factors of Hospitalization Expenses in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hospital expenses in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),to provide scientific basis for optimizing the allocation of medical resource.Methods The first page information of medical records of patients with acute myocardial infarction from 2016 to 2020 was collected,single-factor analysis of variance and multiple linear regression analysis were used to make statistical inferences on the influencing factors.Results From 2016 to 2020,the average hospitalization cost of 4 680 AMI patients showed a significant upward trend,increasing from 44 497.61 yuan in 2016 to 57 875.10 in 2020.Different years,departments,surgical methods,hospitalization days,and hospitalization days before surgery were all influencing factors of hospitalization expenses.Conclusion Continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of public hospitals and optimize the price system of medical services,and shorten the length of hospital stay are important measures to control the hospitalization expenses of patients with acute myocardial infarction.
