Abstract:Objective Data mining-based analysis of acupoint specificity and combinatorial principles in acupuncture therapy for post-stroke pneumonia. Methods A systematic search was conducted in authoritative Chinese databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Data,VIP Information, and the China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed)for clinical literature on acupuncture treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia from the establishment of the databases to May 2022.A database of acupuncture prescriptions for the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia was established using the Ancient and Modern Medical Case Cloud Platform(version V2.3.5).Results Through systematic retrieval,1 019 initial articles were obtained. After dual-independent screening,38 studies meeting standards were ultimately included.Construction of the acupoint characteristic matrix revealed 41 therapeutic nodes with cumulative intervention frequency reaching 212 instances.Cluster analysis of core acupoints demonstrated that Feishu(BL13,63.16%),Lieque(LU7,44.74%),and Zusanli(ST36,39.47%)constitute high-frequency targets.Their meridian distribution exhibited a coordinated modulation pattern between the Taiyin lung meridian. Conclusion It was suggested that the following acupoints could be used in acupuncture point combination:Hegu,Lieque,Zhongfu,Feishu,Zusanli, and Fenglong.
