Influencing Factors of Treatment Compliance After Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in Patients with Early Gastric Cancer

Abstract：Objective To analyze the influencing factors of treatment compliance after endoscopic submucosal dissection in patients with early gastric cancer,and to provide scientific reference for improving postoperative compliance.Methods From May 2019 to June 2021,90 patients with early gastric cancer treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection in the Endoscopy Diagnosis and Treatment Center of the Affiliated Cancer Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the research objects.The treatment compliance at 7 days after endoscopic submucosal dissection was recorded.The postoperative treatment compliance scores of patients with early gastric cancer with different baseline data characteristics were compared.The influencing factors of postoperative treatment compliance of patients with early gastric cancer were analyzed by multiple linear regression.Results At 7 days after endoscopic submucosal dissection for early gastric cancer patients,the treatment compliance score was(4.13±1.82)points.The difference in postoperative treatment compliance scores among early gastric cancer patients with different levels of education,employment status,family atmosphere,and self-acceptance was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level,employment status,family atmosphere,and self-admission were all influencing factors for postoperative treatment compliance scores of early gastric cancer patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion The treatment compliance of patients with early gastric cancer after endoscopic submucosal dissection is general.It may be related to patients' different education level,employment status,low family atmosphere,self-acceptance and so on,which should be paid attention to in clinical practice.
