Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of dopamine on renal perfusion in living donor kidney transplantation compared with no vasoactive drugs. Methods Seventy-four patients undergoing living kidney transplantation in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected that were divided into dopamine group(30 cases)and control group(44 cases)according to whether dopamine was used during the operation. The renal artery resistance index, urine volume during the operation, urine volume after 24 hours, creatinine and glomerular filtration rate within 7 days after the operation and the incidence of delayed graft function were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in renal vascular resistance index between the two groups during operation(P>0.05).At the same time, there was no statistical difference in urine volume and 24-hour urine volume between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in creatinine and glomerular filtration ratewithin 7 days after operation(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of delayed graft function after surgery between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of dopamine in living donor kidney transplantation does not affect renal perfusion and has no effect on short-term prognosis.
