Construction and Application Effect of Evaluation Index System for Transfusion Safety Nursing Management Based on System Tracking

Abstract：Objective To construct evaluation index system suitable for transfusion safety management in maternal and child health care institutions.Methods Determine the evaluation index system for transfusion safety nursing management based on system tracking method and Delphi method.Results The evaluation index system for transfusion safety nursing management ultimately formed 6 primary indicators,23 secondary indicators,and 34 tertiary indicators.After the application of the system,the timely execution rate and closed-loop completion rate of blood transfusion were improved(P＜0.05),and the difference before and after application was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The evaluation index system for transfusion safety nursing management constructed in this study is reliable and scientific,which can improve the content and elements of transfusion safety nursing management evaluation,enhance transfusion safety and work efficiency,and provide guarantees for clinical transfusion safety.
