Abstract:Objective To analyze the plasma homocysteine(Hcy),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),vitamin D(Vit D)and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes in patients with cognitive dysfunction after cerebral infarction, and to explore their clinical value. Methods A total of 200 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Anyang People's Hospital from November 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. The cognitive function of patients with cerebral infarction was evaluated by the Montreal assessment scale(MoCA),and the patients were divided into disability group and barrier-free group according to whether they were combined with cognitive dysfunction. The risk factors of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic analysis, and the relationship between the above indexes and MoCA score was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results According to MoCA score,119(59.50%)of 200 patients with cerebral infarction had cognitive impairment,81(40.50%)did not have cognitive impairment; The results of univariate and multivariate logistic analysis showed that serum homocysteine(Hcy),oxidized low-density lipoprotein(ox-LDL),25-hydroxy vitamin D3[25(OH)D3)],glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were independent influencing factors of cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral infarction(P<0.05).The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of Hcy,ox-LDL,HbA1c,TG,TC and LDL-C were negatively correlated with MoCA score, and the level of 25(OH)D3 was positively correlated with MoCA score(P<0.05).Conclusion Hcy,ox-LDL,Vit D and glucose and lipid metabolism indexes are important influencing factors of cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction.Strengthening the monitoring of these indexes is conducive to the prediction and timely detection of cognitive dysfunction.
