Abstract:Objective To explore the application value of CT perfusion imaging in evaluating the success of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in elderly patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease who underwent PCI treatment in the 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into success group and failure group. The general data,CT angiography quantitative parameters,CT perfusion imaging quantitative parameters, serum cystatin C and galectin levels of the two groups were compared.Pearson correlation analysis and logistic regression analysis were used to explore the correlation between CT perfusion imaging quantitative parameters and PCI success. Results There was no statistical difference in age, gender, smoking history, hypertension history, diabetes history, serum cystatin C and galectin levels between the success group and the failure group(P>0.05).The CT angiography quantitative parameters(minimum lumen area, minimum lumen diameter, lumen diameter stenosis percentage)of the success group were significantly different from those of the failure group(P<0.05).The CT perfusion imaging quantitative parameters(myocardial perfusion defect area, myocardial perfusion defect degree)of the success group were significantly different from those of the failure group(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that CT perfusion imaging quantitative parameters were negatively correlated with PCI success(r=-0.67,P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that CT perfusion imaging quantitative parameters were independent predictors of PCI success(OR=0.82,95%CI=0.74-0.91,P<0.01).Conclusion CT perfusion imaging can comprehensively evaluate myocardial perfusion status of elderly patients with coronary heart disease, and has important value in predicting the success or failure of PCI treatment.
