Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous fat grafting combined with fractional carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 78 patients with hypertrophic scar treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from February 2022 to January 2024 were divided into two groups using the odd and even number grouping method. The observation group was treated with autologous fat grafting on the basis of the control group treated with fractional carbon dioxide laser. The observer scar assessment scale(OSAS)score, modified Vancouver scar scale(mVSS)score, scar blood perfusion, scar thickness, skin cuticle water content and epidermal water loss before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted. Results After treatment, the scores of OSAS,mVSS,scar blood perfusion volume, scar thickness and epidermal water loss decreased, while the water content of the skin stratum horium increased in the two groups, and the OSAS scores,mVSS scores, scar blood perfusion volume, scar thickness, and epidermal water loss were lower, while the water content of the skin stratum horium was higher in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 7.69%in both groups, and there was no difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous fat grafting combined with fractional carbon dioxide laser is effective in the treatment of hypertrophic scar, which can effectively improve the scar properties of patients, promote scar repair, and improve the skin barrier function of patients.
