Abstract:Objective To explore the current situation and influencing factors of unbearable uncertainty in postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 308 postoperative patients with cerebral hemorrhage using a general information questionnaire, intolerance of uncertainty scale-12,personal mastery scale, and family adaptation and cohesion evaluation scale. Results The total score of 308 postoperative patients with intracerebral hemorrhage who were intolerance of uncertainty scale-12 was(35.01±7.31)points,including expected anxiety score(21.05±5.27)points and inhibitory anxiety score(13.96±3.84)points.The personal mastery scale score is(25.13±3.27)points.The total score of the family adaptation and cohesion evaluation scale is(100.26±9.08)points.The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that patient age,per capita monthly income of the family, bleeding volume, hemiplegia, personal mastery scale, and scores on family adaptation and cohesion evaluation scale were the main influencing factors for patients'unbearable uncertainty after cerebral hemorrhage surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgery cannot tolerate a high level of uncertainty, which is influenced by age,per capita monthly income of the family, bleeding volume, hemiplegia, personal sense of control, family intimacy, and adaptability.Medical staff should pay attention to relevant risk factors, take early measures to alleviate their negative emotions, improve their personal sense of control, enhance family function, and reduce their unbearable level of uncertainty.
