Abstract:Objective To analyze the predictive value of serum matrix metalloproteinase tissue inhibitor-1(TIMP-1),galactose lectin-3(Gal-3)and interleukin-17(IL-17)on in stent restenosis in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention,so as to provide a basis for the prevention of in stent restenosis. Methods In the prospective cohort study,a total of 105 patients with AMI who were treated in Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to August 2021 were taken as the research objects. After admission, patients were treated with emergency PCI.Three days after surgery, serum levels of TIMP-1,Gal-3,and IL-17 were measured in patients. After discharge, the patients were followed up until August 2022.The incidence of in stent restenosis was evaluated according to the results of coronary angiography, and the predictive value of serum TIMP-1,Gal-3,and IL-17 for in stent restenosis in elderly AMI patients after percutaneous coronary intervention was analyzed. Results The follow-up time was up to August 2022.The incidence of in stent restenosis in 105 elderly patients with AMI was 13.33%.The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, serum TIMP-1,Gal-3,and IL-17 levels in stenosis group were higher than those in non stenosis group(P<0.05).Point-biserial correlation analysis showed that serum TIMP-1,Gal-3,and IL-17 were positively correlated with in stent restenosis in elderly AMI patients after intervention(r>0,P<0.05).The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn. The results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of serum TIMP-1,Gal-3,IL-17 alone and combined in predicting in stent restenosis after intervention in elderly AMI patients was 0.833,0.746,0.766 and 0.857,respectively,among which the combined predictive value was the highest. Conclusion Serum TIMP-1,Gal-3 combined with IL-17 can improve the predictive value of in stent restenosis in elderly patients with AMI after percutaneous coronary intervention.
