Abstract:Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonic blood flow quantitative parameters, serum Omentin-1 level and clinicopathological characteristics in patients with breast cancer, and to analyze their predictive value for prognosis. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 96 breast cancer patients in Kaifeng Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.The correlation between quantitative ultrasound blood flow parameters, serum Omentin-1 levels, and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. The study group underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer treatment, and was divided into good prognosis group of 71 cases and poor prognosis group of 25 cases based on their survival status within one year after surgery. The quantitative ultrasound blood flow parameters and serum Omentin-1 levels were compared between the two groups, and the predictive value of quantitative ultrasound blood flow parameters and serum Omentin-1 levels for prognosis was analyzed. Results EDV,PI and RI were positively correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion, but negatively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).Serum Omentin-1 was negatively correlated with TNM stage, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion, but positively correlated with the degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The postoperative EDV,PI,and RI in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, and the serum Omentin-1 level was lower than that in the good prognosis group(P<0.05).The area under the curve(AUC)of the combined prediction of EDV,PI,RI,and Omentin-1 for prognosis(1 year after surgery)was greater than that of single indicators(P<0.05).Conclusion EDV,PI,RI in patients with breast cancer are increased, and serum Omentin-1 level is decreased, which is closely related to the clinicopathological characteristics.Combined detection of its level has a certain predictive value for the prognosis.
