Abstract:Objective This study aims to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of coronary artery bypass grafting combined with heart valve replacement in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with valvular heart disease, providing a more scientific and reasonable basis for comprehensive treatment of patients. Methods A total of 100 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease and concomitant heart valve disease admitted to Anyang District Hospital of Puyang City from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and non synchronous heart valve replacement surgery, while the observation group underwent coronary artery bypass grafting and synchronous heart valve replacement surgery.Detailed baseline data comparison was conducted between two groups of patients, and statistical analysis was conducted on surgical methods, surgical outcome indicators(including degree of improvement in heart function and ischemia),postoperative recovery indicators(including ventilator application time,ICU stay time, and hospital stay),and incidence of complications. Results The success rate of surgery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the postoperative recovery indicators were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group showed an increase in cardiac function index left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and a decrease in left ventricular end diastolic diameter at 3 months after surgery. The duration and frequency of ischemia at 3 months after surgery were lower than those in the control group, and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Coronary artery bypass grafting with concomitant heart valve replacement surgery shows a higher success rate, faster recovery process, and lower incidence of complications in the treatment of coronary heart disease with valvular heart disease compared to non concomitant surgery. This has important clinical significance for the treatment of coronary heart disease with valvular heart disease.
