Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between the levels of serum cell chemokine receptor 5(CCR5),CXC chemokine ligand 12(CXCL12),soluble interleukin receptor 6(sIL-6R)and the severity of patients with acute intracerebral hemorrhage and the predictive value of prognosis. Methods Ninety-six patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects, and they were divided into a good outcome group(72 cases)and a poor outcome group(24 cases)based on the Glasgow outcome scale(GOS)score after 30 days of treatment. The serum levels of CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R were compared in patients with different severity of cerebral hemorrhage and different degree of nerve defect at admission. The correlation of serum indexes with hematoma volume and National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score was analyzed. The serum levels of CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R were compared between the two groups at admission and after 2 weeks of treatment, and the predictive value of combined detection of serum indexes after 2 weeks of treatment for adverse outcomes in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage was analyzed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the serum CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R in the poor outcome group were higher than those in the good outcome group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R were compared in patients with different severity of intracerebral hemorrhage at admission:large hematoma>medium hematoma>small hematoma(P<0.05).The serum levels of CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R were compared in patients with different nerve defects at admission:severe nerve defects>moderate nerve defects>mild nerve defects(P<0.05).Serum CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R levels were positively correlated with hematoma volume and NIHSS score at admission. The AUC of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage predicted by combination of serum indexes was greater than that predicted by single indexes. Conclusion The changes of serum CCR5,CXCL12 and sIL-6R levels in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage are closely related to hematoma volume and NIHSS score, which has important value in evaluating the severity and prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage.
