Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstruction and non-retention stump reconstruction in patients with knee ACL rupture. Methods A prospective study was conducted to collect 122 patients with confirmed ACL rupture of the knee joint admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from September 2021 to March 2023 as research subjects. They were randomly divided into two groups according to a random number table method,61 patients underwent arthroscopic ACL retention reconstruction as retention group, and 61 patients underwent arthroscopic ACL retention without ACL retention reconstruction as non-retention group.Complications were compared between the two groups,as well as preoperative and postoperative knee function[Lysholm score,International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC)],knee stability(KT-2000 score),proprioception[passive angle repeat test, threshold to detection of passive motion(TTDPM)].Results At 3 and 6 months after operation,Lysholm score,IKDC score and KT-2000 score in the retention group were higher than those in the non-retention group(P<0.05).Compared with the non-retention group, the passive angle repeated test results and TTDPM were smaller in the retention group at 3 months and 6 months after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic ACL retention reconstruction can promote the recovery of joint function, stability, proprioception and high safety in the treatment of knee ACL fracture.
