Abstract:Objective To compare the value of general anesthesia for endotracheal intubation and general anesthesia for laryngeal mask ventilation in the interventional embolization of cerebrovascular aneurysms. Methods Sixty patients with cerebrovascular aneurysms who received interventional embolization in Jiaozuo Second People's Hospital from January to October 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table. There were 30 patients in each group.Patients in the two group underwent interventional embolization.During the treatment, the control group chose general anesthesia with tracheal intubation, and the observation group chose general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation. The anesthesia effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before induction of anesthesia(T0),femoral artery puncture(T3),and end of surgery(T4),there was no significant difference in heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).Immediately after the tube(T1),5 minutes after insertion of the laryngeal mask or intubation(T2),5 minutes after removal of the laryngeal mask or tracheal tube(T5),the heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The intraoperative propofol usage and intraoperative remifentanil usage of the observation group were less than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the postoperative anesthesia recovery time and orientation recovery time were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with general anesthesia with tracheal intubation, general anesthesia with laryngeal mask ventilation has a better effect in the interventional embolization treatment of patients with cerebral vascular aneurysm. It can not only maintain the stability of the patient's intraoperative vital signs, reduce the stress response, but also promote the patient wakes up as soon as possible after the operation, and the use of anesthetic drugs is small, which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to a certain extent.
