Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of real-time three-dimensional echocardiography for quantitative evaluation of radiofrequency ablation in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods Forty patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to Zhengzhou Seventh People's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were treated with radiofrequency ablation upon admission.Forty healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period(control group)were selected as the study subjects.Three dimensional echocardiography was used to evaluate the left and right heart function of the patients before and after surgery. Results Preoperative pulmonary vein harvesting S-wave velocity(PVS),diastolic D-wave velocity(PVD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left atrial active ejection fraction(LAAEF),and passive ejection fraction(LAPEF)in patients with atrial fibrillation were all lower than those in the control group.Right ventricular myocardial performance index(RMPI),right ventricular end systolic volume(RVESV),and right ventricular end diastolic volume(RVEDV)were all higher than those in the control group.Right ventricular ejection fraction(RVEF)was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,PVS,PVD,LVEF,LAAEF,LAPEF,RVEDV were all higher than preoperative values, while E/A,end systolic left atrial maximum volume(LVAmax),minimum volume(LVAmin),RMPI,RVESV,RVEDV values were lower than preoperative values, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Real time three-dimensional echocardiography can accurately measure the postoperative cardiac function improvement of patients, providing a reference basis for clinical treatment evaluation.
