Abstract:Objective To investigate the incidence of cardiovascular complications and related influencing factors in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD),in order to provide basis for clinical prevention and treatment measures. Methods A total of 206 MHD patients admitted to the 7th People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from November 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected and included in the study. The incidence of cardiovascular complications was observed.According to whether cardiovascular complications occurred, they were divided into occurrence group(50 cases)and non occurrence group(156 cases). The general data, dialysis related data, laboratory test data[hemoglobin,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),D-dimer(D-D),blood potassium, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, blood sodium]of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients were analyzed by multivariate logistic regression. Results The incidence of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients was 24.27%.The proportion of age ≥50 years old, body mass index ≥24.0 kg·m-2,the hypertension cases in the occurrence group were more than those in the non occurrence group, the dialysis age was longer than that in the non occurrence group, the hemoglobin and serum potassium levels were lower than those in the non occurrence group, and the ultrafiltration rate and hs-CRP levels were higher than those in the non occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that age, body mass index, hypertension, ultrafiltration rate, dialysis age, hemoglobin, serum potassium and hs-CRP levels were the influencing factors of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients is high.Age,body mass index, hypertension, ultrafiltration rate, dialysis age, hemoglobin, blood potassium and hs-CRP are the influencing factors of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients.Medical staff should actively take corresponding intervention measures according to the above influencing factors to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular complications in MHD patients.
