Concept Analysis of Changing Fatigue Among Nurses

Abstract：Objective Apply the classical concept analysis of Walker and Avant to analyze the concept and intrinsic properties of chang fatigue.Methods Literature on nurse changing fatigue in CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Service System,PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL to analyze the concept of nurse change fatigue by Walker and Avant concept analysis method.Results In this study,A total of 31 literature articles were included in the study,the definition attribute of nurse change fatigue was the job burnout caused by the adaptation barriers to change and the continuous change.The leading factors were rapid and continuous change,loss of control over change,and increase in work intensity.Consequences included personal emotional fatigue,weariness,increased turnover rate and decreased satisfaction.Conclusion Frequent changes in medical places make nurses change fatigue,managers should be aware of the negative impact of change fatigue on nurses and nursing quality,so as to build intervention measures for high-risk groups to improve nurses'satisfaction and organizational commitment.
