Application Effect of Remazolam Besylate Combined with Remifentanil in Elderly Patients Undergoing Bronchoscopy Anesthesia

Abstract：Objective To investigate the application effect of remazolam besylate combined with remifentanil in elderly patients undergoing bronchoscopic anesthesia.Methods Sixty elderly patients who received bronchoscopy in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were divided into group R(30 cases)and group C(30 cases)according to random number table method.Group R accepted remazolam benzosulfonate combined with remifentanil general anesthesia.Group C accepted propofol combined with remifentanil under general anesthesia.Heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),sedation success rate,physician satisfaction rate,awakening time,time to leave the resuscitation room and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results From T1 to T4,the MAP and HR of group C were lower than those of group R(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the sedation success rate and the physician satisfaction rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).The awakening time and time to leave the resuscitation room in group R were shorter than those in group C(P＜0.05).The incidence rates of hypoxemia,hypotension,injection pain in group R were lower than those in group C(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of coughing,nausea,and vomiting between the two groups during surgery(P＞0.05).Conclusion Remazolam combined with remifentanil can be used for bronchoscopic anesthesia in elderly patients with rapid recovery,light respiratory circulation inhibition,more stable hemodynamics and less adverse reactions.
