Abstract:Objective To analyzed the distribution characteristics and influencing factors of postoperative pulmonary infection pathogens in lung cancer patients. Methods A total of 718 lung cancer surgery patients admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were retrospectively selected, and divided into non-infected group and infected group according to their postoperative pulmonary infection.Clinical treatment of patients was collected, the distribution of pathogens in the infected group was analyzed, univariate and multivariate analysis was conducted, and the influencing factors of lung cancer patients with lung infection were screened. Results A total of 198 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 84 patients in the infection group, including 124 strains(62.63%)of Gram negative bacteriai. The results of logistic regression model showed that the independent factors of lung cancer patients were age, smoking index, diabetes mellitus, lung related diseases,TNM stage and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion The incidence of postoperative pulmonary infections in lung cancer patients is relatively high, which is related to age, smoking index, diabetes, lung related diseases,TNM stage, invasive surgery, total postoperative thoracic drainage and other clinical factors.Clinicians should focus on the postoperative pulmonary infection of patients with the above risk factors, take active measures to prevent and treat it,and intervene and improve the clinical symptoms of patients as soon as possible to improve the prognosis.
