Abstract:Objective Based on the actor-partner interdependence model(APIM),to analyze the relationship between the dyadic coping and intimate relationship in cervical cancer patients and their spouses, providing theoretical reference for medical staff to formulate intervention measures to improve the coping level and intimate relationship of cervical cancer couples. Methods A total of 197 couples with cervical cancer were selected as the research objects from October 2021 to June 2022 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University by convenience sampling method.Binary coping scale and marital adjustment scale were used for investigation.APIM model was established to analyze the relationship between binary coping level and intimate relationship of cervical cancer patients and their spouses. Results In terms of actor-effect,the score of dyadic coping in cervical cancer patients and their spouses could be predicted by their own dyadic coping score respectively(β=0.49,0.45,P<0.001).In terms of partner-effect,the dyadic coping of spouses could predict the intimate relationship of cervical cancer patients(β=0.44,P=0.005).Conclusion There is a dyadic interaction between dyadic coping and intimate relationship in cervical cancer patients and their spouses. The medical staff should consider the couples of cervical cancer as a whole, and develop the dyadic coping intervention strategy,so as to achieve the purpose of enhancing the intimate relationship and maintaining the stability of marriage and family harmony.
