Abstract:Objective To investigate the potential profile types of post-traumatic stress disorder(PTSD)and post-traumatic growth(PTG)in patients transferred from ICU,and to explore the effects of cognitive reassessment and expressive suppression,in order to provide reference for post-traumatic psychological intervention in patients transferred from ICU.Methods A longitudinal design was used to investigate 296 patients transferred from ICU on the day of transfer and 2 months after transfer using the general information questionnaire,post-traumatic stress disorder checklist-civilian version(PCL-C),post-traumatic growth inventory(PTGI),and emotional regulation questionnaire(ERQ).Latent profile analysis and multiclass logistic regression analysis were performed on the data. Results The PTSD and PTG manifestations of ICU patients'family members could be divided into four potential groups, with the high PTSD low PTG group(accounting for 7.43%),the low PTSD high PTG group(accounting for 34.46%),the low PTSD low PTG group(accounting for 35.81%),and the high PTSD medium PTG group(accounting for 22.30%).Regression analysis showed that gender, education level, annual household income, cognitive reappraisal and expressive suppression scores had a significant predictive relationship with the potential grouping of PTSD and PTG(P<0.05).Conclusion The post-traumatic psychological reactions of patients transferred from ICU had potential heterogeneity, and intervention plans can be designed based on cognitive reassessment and expressive suppression perspectives.
