Abstract:Objective In order to explore the efficacy of radiofrequency ablation combined with GEMOX chemotherapy in the treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC).Methods A total of 100 patients with ICC admitted to the Department of Oncology Intervention of Zhengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the treatment method. The control group was treated with radiofrequency ablation, and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency ablation combined with GEMOX program. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were observed, and the serum cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),chemokine C motif motif 9(CXCL9)levels,interleukin-6(IL-6),serum cortisol(Cor),norepinephrine(NE),glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(GOT),glutamic-pyruvic transaminase(GPT)and total bilirubin(T-Bil)levels of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of COX-2,CXCL9,GOT,GPT and T-Bil in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and IL-6,Cor,NE levels were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of infection, biliary bleeding, bile leakage and biliary obstruction in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation combined with GEMOX has significant advantages in the treatment of ICC patients, which may improve the immune environment of tumors by reducing the levels of COX-2 and CXCL9,and has a certain liver protection effect, which helps to reduce liver damage and improve liver function, reduce the incidence of complications, and thus improve the quality of life of patients.
