Status and Influencing Factors of Psychological Stress in Main Caregivers of Stroke Patients with Semi-disability

Abstract：Objective To investigate the status of psychological stress and its influencing factors in the main caregivers of stroke patients with semi-disability.Methods General data questionnaire,relatives stress scale and psychological disconnection inventory were used to investigate the main caregivers of 206 patients with stroke and semi-disability.Results The total score of the main caregiver's psychological stress in stroke patients with semi-disability was(12.45±3.95)points.The total score of psychological detachment was negatively correlated with the score of relatives stress of the main caregivers of stroke patients with semi-disability(r=-0.568,P＜0.001).The degree of disability,caregiver's education,daily care duration and psychological detachment were the main influencing factors of the caregiver's psychological stress(P＜0.05).Conclusion The level of psychological stress of the main caregivers of stroke patients with semi-disability is high,which is affected by the degree of disability of the patients,the education level of the caregivers,the length of daily care and psychological disengagement.Medical staff should pay attention to the status of psychological stress of the caregivers,take active measures to improve the level of psychological stress and promote their physical and mental health.
