Effect of Different Schemes on Treating Chronic Idiopathic Tinnitus

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of different schemes on treating chronic idiopathic tinnitus.Methods A total of 198 patients with chronic idiopathic tinnitus diagnosed and treated from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group(with narrow-band noise combined with pure music)and control group(with audio frequency magnetic resonance therapy)according to the random number table method,with 99 patients in each group.The total effective rate,tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ)between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically difference in THI score and TEQ score between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Narrow band noise combined with pure music and audio frequency magnetic resonance therapy can improve patients'tinnitus symptoms,and the combination of narrow band noise and pure music has a better effect on improvement.
