Influence of early nursing intervention on postoperative limb function exercise compliance and self-care ability of breast cancer patients

Abstract:Objective To study the influence of early nursing intervention on the postoperative limb function exercise compliance and self-care ability of breast cancer patients.Methods Sixty patients with breast cancer in the First People''s Hospital of Shangqiu from May of 2012 to November of 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given early nursing intervention.The compliance and self-care ability were compared between two groups.Results The compliance rate of the observation group was 93.3%, higher than 73.3% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the self-care ability of the observation group was significantly improved, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention can effectively improve the postoperative limb function exercise compliance and self-care ability of breast cancer patients, which is worthy of promotion.
