Effects of Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on vascular endothelial function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the effects of Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule on the vascular endothelial function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure (CHF).Methods Sixty patients with chronic congestive heart failure admitted in the First People''s Hospital of Shangqiu from February of 2015 to September of 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were given Qiliqiangxin capsule on the basis of routine treatment, the observation group were given Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule.The vascular endothelial function, cardiac function and therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results NO was increased, VEGF, ET-1 were decreased in both two groups after treatment.The observation group improved significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Heart function index, LVEDD, SV, LVEF, the level of CO of patients in the observation group after treatment were better than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group was 96.67%, significantly higher than the control group with 73.33%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongxinluo combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule can significantly improve the vascular endothelial function and cardiac function of patients with chronic congestive heart failure.The clinical effect is satisfactory.
