Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of different anesthetic agents on respiratory mechanics and inflammatory response during perioperative period in elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery. Methods 86 cases of elderly patients who accept gallbladder, stomach and colorectal laparoscopic surgery in 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the digital table method,43 cases in each group. The study group was given sevoflurane anesthesia. The control group was treated with propofol anesthesia. Results Paw and PET CO2 of the two groups were significantly increased in 5 min after pneumoperitoneum, 30 min during operation than before induction(P<0.05).Cdyn and Compl was significantly decreased than before induction(P<0.05).Paw and Compl were significant difference between the study group and the control group in 5 min after pneumoperitoneum and 30 min during operation(P<0.05).IL-6, TNF-a and CRP of the two group patients were increased significantly in the operation 30 min, 5 min after pneumoperitoneum check, 24 hours after postoperative than before induction, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).IL-6, TNF-a and CRP were significant difference between the study group and the control group in the operation 30 min, 5 min after pneumoperitoneum check, 24 hours after postoperative(P<0.05).Conclusion Sevoflurane induced anesthesia induction method can be received by patients.Compared with propofol, the combined use of atracurium and sufentanil had lower inflammatory reaction peri operative in elderly gallbladder with laparoscopic surgery. The influence of respiratory mechanics in patients during perioperative period was small, and it is worthy of promotion.
