Influence of predictive nursing intervention on quality of life and complications of patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of predictive nursing intervention on quality of life and complications in patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy.Methods Thirty patients with coronary heart disease in the First People's Hospital of Shangqiu from May of 2014 to January of 2016 were randomly divided into two groups, 15 cases in each.Patients in the control group received routine nursing, while the observation group was added with the predictive nursing intervention.The quality of life and the occurrence of complications after nursing in the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life in observation group after nursing was significantly better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The complication rate in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The patients with coronary heart disease undergoing interventional therapy could have better mental state and high quality of life after predictive nursing care, and the nursing effect is significant.
